Brava can be a little tricky, I think. I've never used it noogleberry, so I have no frame of reference. It's weird, I think my swelling depends on the ambient temperature somewhat. When I went traveling about a month ago, I was actually getting really great swelling on my trip, while wearing it about 8 to 9 hours a day. It was hot and humid. Now, I'm back up north and definitely not as great.
The way I get my smart box to cooperate is I wait for it to stop sucking out the air, then I slowly unscrew it (but still keep it pressed to the filter) just enough to break the seal, and then screw it back on again. I lean forward and squeeze the domes with my arms a little bit while it's working again and I think it gets more of the air out that way.... I can certainly feel the pressure, but my swelling (end of week 8) in the evening is still nothing to write home about. I'm still at about an inch... The best i can get after 20 hours of wear in cold weather (only done once) is about a full cup size.
We're all different, I suppose. I don't have kids and my boobs are tiny and very tight, no sagging at all. I'm guessing I'm a slow responder, it will probably work better for you.
