UGH, I spoke too soon. AF arrived this morning, and it's very painful.

I am going to cleanse with milk thistle starting today through the end o my period, and I am going to try a new cycle method. I will take PM for 14 days after my period, then cycle with herbs. We shall see..... Dodgy
