Okay, thanks BarbieGrrl. Sorry to sound ignorant, but how do I take l-arginine? Do I need to cycle it or can I take it all month?

From another thread, I've read that I can take maca with PM? So would the following work as a routine:

Days 1-14:
x2 500mg PM
x2 500mg Maca
Day 15-28:
x2 610mg FG
x2 450mg Saw palmetto
All days:
L-arginine 500mg
Multivitamin
PM breast spray


Though that seems like a lot of pills, for someone who was trying to avoid taking many!

yh its alot of pills but probably about the same as most nbe programs you can swap pills for powders(i take pm powder either in hot chocolate or warm milk) or herbal teas if you dont like to take pills so much.
for l arginine and other aminos u can either buy powder(to put in a drink) or capsuals or tablets i find capsuals easiest to swallow mine are 750mg each i take 4 so 3g with other aminos which should absorb and work better, i dont know if 500mg would do much though because everywhere i see using aminos for growth they take a few grams sometimes upto 15g normally with other aminos
you take all aminos on an empty stomach before sleep is best.

well i take all my supplements every day not cylce because im on depo provera but i plan to take a cleanse break with milk thissle at least 5 days per month.
