i do not know anteriol but so far im happy with siriporn(the only bad thing i have to said that is my cycle is mess up but maybe it my age, or im pregnant.... lol) i have my period and i do ovulate but this month im late so ill see later one this week if im just late or not.

to cyc;e i do BBT chart and try to figure it when i ovulate to cycle it with PM....

So if im not pregnant i will change a bit my program.....(last month i did ovulate to late and this month a bit to soon but will see later in few week what i will do about my program)

i aslo add maca to stabilize my cycle but gain a bit of weight in my bum....(im small, and tiny woman do not need weight there...lol)

But i bought L-Arginine and i took it for a week and it feel different.
But today im just taking vitamins coz im late and dont know if im pregnant so im waiting to see to start again.

ill keep you update on what is going on
