Wow...I have no idea why I never thought about making my own PM Cream. I am using Siriporn PM pills and they are also off white, like very light brown, almost white. I have only used them for one cycle, I cannot really tell you if they work yet, but I can tell you that I experience aches about four hours after taking them; this is just one pill of 100mg per day for twelve days. My next cycle should be around the end of this month or beginning of the next. I will be taking two a day along with Maca, and will let you know how it goes. Trusting brands is just too hard especially when you need a variety of supplements
