I don't remember reading anyone cycles L-arginine.
I use both fenugreek and goat's rue. Goat's rue increases prolactin. Fenugreek increases both prolactin and progesterone.
I take 2,300 mg fenugreek to balance the estrogens, and prevent estrogen dominance. I add 4,500 mg goat's rue for estra swelling.
