I have decided to not take my Greenbush Kit during the days off of PM. It consists of Fenugreek, Wild Yam , and Saw Palmetto. This is what I read on Siriporn:

This product should not be used with prescription estrogen such as birth control, HRT and some Osteoporosis medications etc. Using Pueraria Mirifica may interfere with these medications,
Pueraria Mirifica may increase the risk of pregnancy for those using birth control medication. Individuals should not use Pueraria Mirifica with other estrogen antagonists such as tamoxifen.
Pueraria Mirifica has a complex phytoestrogen dynamic. It is not recommended using other estrogenic herbs: ex soy, clover, fenugreek hops, saw palmetto etc. with Pueraria Mirifica. They may change or interfere with this inherent dynamic.
