I have that very same recording, but in Spanish. I listen to it when I'm performing my morning massage and getting ready for work, that is around 45 mins.

So I don't know whether the Supraliminal Plus would work alone or not, the author says it does, but more slowly than with the hypnosis.
I think you could try using the recording as a hypnotic session, listening to it in bed before sleep and while relaxing and visualizing yourself with big breasts.
But yeah you're right, someone who has used the recording alone will help you better
