I have been doing NBE for one year with no success. I think I have become estrogen-dominant (headaches) and developed progresterone deficiency (bloated).
After a 10-days cleanse with milk thirstle and re-starting my PM program I have decided to switch to herbs (FG and FN) and PC. To my surprise this gave me more fullness and lots of tenderness so I will continue with this new program.
I am going to try to do the following this cycle:
I will start with 1 x PM pill plus 1 x 400 mg FG per day and if I do not feel any tenderness or fullness within a week I will take:
400-600 mg of fennel (in tea form); and
12000 mg of fenugreek capsules per day (divided into three portions).
I will also continue massaging twice a day using PM cream but am thinking of using something else eventually, once I run out of PM cream.
I also take the following supplements daily:
MSM-5-7 g per day with Vitamin C
L-Arginine - around 8-10 g before going to bed
I have been taking 320 mg of SP extract per day for the last 9 months or so. I always had bad skin and it cleared my skin completely! I feel like I no longer need it so I will be taking it only a couple of times a week.
I have not been noogling for almost a month and will be starting to noogle again next week, hopefully twice a day. Hopefully, I will benefit from the break as many girls here reported. I also take HA when I noogle.
My current size is the same is before, i.e. about 32AAA, may be even smaller. Let's see if increasing progesterone will make any difference.
