Well, I had a really bad cold for a few days and didn't do anything NBEwise. I was concerned that I'd lose some, and I did. I lost about 1/4 in around the bust. They don't feel as firm either. But duh, I barely ate anything, and I tend to lose weight fairly quickly when I stop eating.
It doesn't bother me so much as realizing that if NBE is going to work for me, I'll definitely have to be on a maintenance dose for a very long time.
I also had a small break out as well: three cystic ones- behind my left knee, just below my right butt cheek, and the other on the left side of my face close to my ear. I have no idea what that's about as I was completely off everything for three days.
Side note:
I'm going to finish up the raspberry leaf tea and not buy anymore. I believe it's a weak phyto estrogen, and I'm thinking it may be getting in the way of the other phyto estrogens that I'm on.
Also, I'm not going to massage with the coconut oil anymore. Usually, when I wake up in the morning after my evening massage, my breasts feel heavy, but not when I massage with the coconut oil. But it does make my skin super soft, and it's great on toast. So I'll use it for other things.
I'm also going to add kelp. But I'll only start with 1/2 gram for two weeks out of each cycle. I don't have problems with my thyroid. I remember having that test like two years ago for a check up and they were all within the norm. But kelp seems to be beneficial for NBE. So, we shall see.
