I use cocoa butter, just because some women previously said that they used it and it seemed to be working for them. However you can make your own massage oil, I am about to try these aromatheric remedies and there are several that I have found that you can try:
1) dilute 3 drops of cypress oil as well as you possibly can in 1 teaspoon of witch Hazel. Add this to a bowl/basin of cold water and splash the breasts alternately- at least ten times each. Then massage the breasts (chi massage) with this formula: clary-sage 3 drops
Geranium 5 drops
Fennel 12 drops
Lemongrass. 10 drops
All are to be diluted in a base oil such as vegetable oil.
2) while having a warm bath splash cold water on your breasts then use this formula to massage:
Lemon grass 10 drops
Cypress 10 drops
Spearmint. 8 drops
Black pepper 2 drops
3) 9 drops of geranium
16 drops of ylang- ylang
In 2 fl oz (50 ml) vegetable oil
