3 years on and off
the first time i started i use Firm n grow.... (for about a year)the elasticity of my breast change but no gain... plus i was on birth control pill...i ask my doctor about it and he say that was good supplement of calcium and vitamin but wasnt sure about the result...
the second product i use was Naturel curves..... i took it for 1 month and have to stop coz i got sick on it....i give it to one of my friend and she got result
i also try Nutra Volume for about 6 months once again it was the same ingredient that the first one so no result
I bough and try Fenugreek alone but not long anough to see result
After all that i found PM... Herbal one that i bough on exporthailand.net.....i try this for about 6-8 month.... did feel tingle in my breast but no grow....
i found out it wasnt pure coz i made some reseach and found on the net site who call americanphytolab who approuved PM and i send them a message and they told me.... plus the PM im taking now(i send them a email and they told me that too).....
I communicate a lot with the site that i bough the first PM and they said that maybe my body wasnt react to this kind to try another one...they also told me that tiny woman took more time to react....
Plus i wasnt cycling, smoke(still do), got irregular period coz of the PM i was taking....
So now i try to understand cycling, add some good herbs(fenugreek is good) vitamin C,D, omega 3 and 6, complete vitamins B, i also take maca and massage at least twice a day.....
Im using Siriporn pill 100 mg per pills (much stronger then herbal one) and Robust Cream.... but sometime i take another cream Biobust and Final bust cream with collagen.....and i think i will go buy some progesteron cream.
You need to be patient, determinate,be discipline about it (regular... take it every day or follow what they say on the bottle) and eat healthy food and of course exercices...
Ive been on my new PM for a couple of week and so far it good but do not have grow but im confident about this one.... a lot of woman use it on this forum and got result
im all about natural so i tend to be careful of what i put in my body
