I'm looking at the bottle now and it says only contains PM.
She takes 3 a day as they are 350mg each.

Well the japanese girl massage is basically just massaging everything toward the breast. The idea behind it seems logical.

Well genetically you will gain fat where your fat cells are. I guess that is why the massage, trying to move them.
