So how did you know that your PM was not pure and what brand are you using now?? I'm not so sure about my one either, it has a strong spicy smell, I got it off ebay, they said that it was pure and it sounded good so I thought I'd try it. Alot of people say that good PM should be a off white colour so I opened a capsule to have a look and it looks a little light browny, so not sure if its any good or not, its called M Brand?
When I'm finished, maybe I'll try Siriporn or something.
3 years is quite a long time, did you have any growth? if so how much? and what is your current program?? Have you considered to add protein shake like others I've read on this forum becoz of your small frame and weight? Its probably something that I am going to consider.
