Hi,
I am not taking PM. I took it for 12 days and then I stopped because I needed to ovulate. then my period was delayed that month...my cycle was 42 days. So I didn't take it the other month.
I did a big trip in Alaska. and I didn't do anything for NBE. I came back home about a month and a half ago.
When I was in the US I bought my self a saliva hormone kit test. and yesterday was my 21 day of my cycle so I colected my Saliva and sent it to the Lab back in the U.S.
Now I am waiting to see what are my hormone levels...than I will make a new program Smile

Yah...I heard about the B2up....it's a good brand....
