Hi everyone, I'm new to all this but I've been reading this forum for a while now and I've learn't so much already, but alot of information is just so confusing 
I've been doing NBE for 2-3 months now and my current stats are:
Age: 35
Under breast: 26"
Over breast: 30"
Cup: must be a small A
Height: 157cm
Weight: 48kg
Ethnic: Asian
I've breastfed 2 babies although was a while ago now, but the little bit of fullness I used to have is completely gone
I'm currently experimenting with PM, FG, SP and WY with massaging twice a day.
For the first cycle I took PM only (2 tabs at nite (each 250mg)) and massaged with PM cream twice a day with no breaks. I got my period on time but then I read about having to have breaks and cycling PM so that you still ovulate, so the next cycle I took 2 PM tabs morning and nite from days 7-14 and just used the PM cream during the luteal phase, but I lost the a little bit of the fullness I had achieved (not much for growth tho).
So I decided to take some herbs during the luteal phase 2 to try stop this from happening.
Currently I am taking:
Morning - days 5-13
2 x PM (500mg)
2 x Hyaluronic Acid with MSN
Collagen type 1 & 3
2 x vit c
nite after dinner
2 x Haluronic Acid
Fish Oil 1000mg
EPO 3000mg
Vit D
before bed
2 x PM (500mg)
Morning - Days 14-day 5
1 x WY 850mg
1x FG 1000mg
1 x SP 1600mg
collagen type 1 & 3
2 x vit C
2 x Hyaluronic Acid with MSN
Arvo
1 x FG 1000mg
Nite after dinner
1 x WY 850mg
1x FG 1000mg
1 x SP 1600mg
2 x Hyaluronic Acid with MSN
Before bed
Fish oil 1000mg
EPO 3000mg
vit D
Plus massaging twice daily. Currently I have had no growth whatsoever, I got the most from when I just started with massages only and no herbs, but that slowly went away, and now although they are a little more firm and round now, they have not grown and they do not swell, not even when I do the massages.
I'm wondering whether I have stalled or am I not doing the massages correctly. I just do smooth circles around my entire breast, not sure if they should be going up the cleavage or down the cleavage, or does it not matter? I'm also using PM cream, but seems nothing is working so far.
If anyone can please give me any advice on what I'm doing wrong or what more or less I should be adding/removing from my program would be greatly appreciated.
