Ok so here are my stats and my new pm program:
Stats:
23 yo, 5'7", 127lbs, no children, loose 36A(lost my 1.25in of growth that brought me to a very full A)
Program:
500 mg of Ainterol Pm powder
10grams of Now Foods L-arginine
1 Daily Multivitamin
Massage with Ainterol Pm extract once a day
At least 1 hour of Noogling
Neocell Collagen/Hyaluronic Acid
Bustea? or Progesterone Cream?
Just two questions for Isabelle or anyone else who is willing to give advice. I am unsure how to cycle as I did experience a delay in getting my period. I do have a slight progesterone deficiency and am thinking of trying Bustea to counter this or should I try progesterone cream.
