Hi!
I finally (after lurking for about 2 months) decided to post my program to keep a record of my growth, and (hopefully) help/inspire others if this works out!
My stats:
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 120 lbs (but I haven't weighed myself in a couple months, and hopefully I've gained a little weight but I have been finding it really difficult to get above 120 lbs)
Diet: Vegetarian
Birth control: Nuvaring
Starting breast stats before UB:
Bra Band size: 34 (tape measurement is 29 1/2" when pulled tight)
Bust size: 32 1/2"
above bust: 31 1/2"
Breast stats about two weeks after starting UB (measured yesterday):
Bra band size: 34 (the same)
Bust size: 33 (1/2 inch growth)
above bust: 32 (1/2 inch growth).
Current program:
UltraBreast
Kelp - 600 mg per day (to help raise temp)
chi-massage, some everyday, but only about 300 rotations per day.
Some ginger tea (to help raise temp)
Measuring confuses me. So the new measurements are done 2 weeks after starting UB, but 3 weeks after my first measurement. So before my first measurement I was taking Fenugreek and fennel for about a month and experienced some swelling with that. Then I did the measurement, then took 5 days off everything, got my period (and started taking UB on day 1) and lost all the swelling.
So I've been taking UB consistently 3 times a day, I've worked on getting 99 gr of protein every day, but have not been as consistent with that. I supplement with a rice protein smoothie. I have taken 600 mg Kelp every day for the past week or so because my temperature is generally really low. This was a bit surprising to me because I have really high metabolism, or so I thought, hence the trouble gaining weight. However, I do have cold extremities all the time. So Kelp has helped my temp rise a bit, but it is still not often above 98. I have the past few days been drinking a lot of ginger tea, to maybe help with my temp.
This past week my boobs have been SO SORE. I never had growing pains that I can remember when I was younger. I think my boobs then just grew at a super slow rate. Now the pain is just immense and my boobs have never felt this full before! I know I probably should have waited with the measuring, or at least chosen a time when my boobs are at their smallest, but I have so little patience
I will do another measuring at the same time of the month I did my first measurement, then another when they are supposed to be their smallest (is it day 5 of my cycle? I thought I read that somewhere here..)
I don't really have any specific goal in mind. Well, first I started off just wanting a full A cup if possible, as I still don't seem to be filling out my Victoria secret A cups yet, but now I would want maybe C's if I can do it =D after looking around here and seeing what is possible, that is
