PM can suppress ovulation by lowering serum level of gonadotropins.
I am still wondering when it s best to take PM if someone wants to keep ovulation:
days 1-14 and then ovulation ;at this case it seems that you raise estrogen levels on days 1-6 when estrogen is supposed to be low-so are you messing with gonadotropins in that case?
or
days 7-13 and then 18-24 as GorgeousBlonde so you follow your cycles natural rise of estrogen?
in order to see progress do you need to offer estrogen when it is naturally low ,even though you disturb your cycle and ovulation ,
or
raise estrogen levels when they are naturally high?
I m just trying to understand how PM works and if possible don t mess with my cycle and fertility.
