Hi There! I wanted a safe place to share my program and my NBE experience, and hopefully success!
A bit about me:
I am 31, was a 34C before children, am now a 32AA (empty flaps!).
Measurements: 30" over protruding area of bust, 28" band size
Weight: 112 pounds
Height: 5'3"
GOAL: 34D
My Program:
I react to the herbs (gives me palpitations) so I"m doing BO
* 2 capsules Bountiful Breast (divided in 2 doses; 1 in morning and 1 in the evening)
* 1 protein shake (*might* boost it to 2 if necessary, but I'll start with 1)
* MSM
*Massage (10 min per day)
I'm going to give my program a good 9 months and then see how it goes. As long as there's progress, I'll continue until I reach a D cup size.
Thanks! It's been a little less than a week. I will update weekly or monthly and take measurements monthly about 7 to 10 days after my period starts to ensure it's not just pre-period swelling.
