Ladies I don't think we should blame Boobiesrnice for being worried and not want to risk her health.I am thinking of taking PM and have been browsing those forums the last weeks but I still have my doubts.I am very scared..
I have a big dilemma.. decent boobs and a better life( from better confidence) or health risk.

Even though phytoestrogens seem to play a protective role against cancer we still don't know in which doses and for how long.They say that NBE effects can be temporary and maybe a woman who wants to maintain her size should continue with maintance doses for months or even years.
I was thinking of taking PM as it seems the most effective but it s very potent and therefore more dangerous than weaker phytoestrogens..

I am like you,wishing for a better breast size naturally ,as I am a chicken to go for surgery and don t want to have fake breasts..I am just wishing that this NBE journey won"t be proved bitter in the long run.I want so much to believe in it!my relationships and my self confidence was ruined from my small breasts..

please ladies who know more on these issues ,leave your knowledge here.I want so desperately to give it a try but not risk my future..
