May I know how much mg of BO to take for starters?

I'm new here

I'm sure there's somewhere in this forum but I try search tab but still can't seem to locate it. So i guess I'll ask it here.

May I know how much mg of BO to take for starters?

I would say to start off with 1800 mg, that seems to be the ideal amount. However, when I took BO I took only like 1350mg, and I grew just fine. I would suggest to start of low and if you are not seeing/feeling some results after sometime then to increase it up to 2250mg.

If you don't mind, may I know what brand you're taking? so far the highest dosage of BO I found[ after some intensive Googling ] is Ultra Enterprises 200mg; 60caps.

BB all that is a bit too pricey for me AND they have other stuff in it ....
