Coffee and PM, bad for NBE?
#7

Isabelle has talked about this at length - check out her posts. Caffeine can actually help NBE you just have to make sure you drink enough water to counter-balance its diuretic properties.

I don't drink much caffeine (I have anxiety, so I stay away) but I have had caffeine on some days and I drink coffee (decaf) every day, most days twice. I've seen no ill effects whatsoever with coffee and PM. BUT I do drink 3 liters of water per day, so maybe that's why?

Also side note - on nights that I have one or two glasses of wine, I don't see any negative effects either.
