I wouldn't this early in the game, blame the stronger cramps on the pm since you have only taken it for 3 days. If next month they are still stronger and the bleeding is heavier, then it would be suspect.
Typically, heavy cramping is estrogen dominance, which doesn't have to mean that you have high levels of estrogen, but can also mean you have normal estrogen but low progesterone, which by the way, pm is notorious for causing estrogen dominance.
I would say if you have always had cramping issues, you should def be one of the gals that adds progesterone cream into your program for the second half of your cycle. If you start off estrogen dominant on this program it will only get worse if you don't supplement your progesterone.
