weight gain on protein shake? try eggwhites

i think if ur concerned about gaining weight on protein shake.. u can try eggwhites instead.. 1/4 cup of eggwhite (thats two eggwhites) gives you 7 grams of protein.. and u dont have to worry about too mcuh sugar.. cuz theres no sugar or carbs.. my typical breakfast.. i eat half a cup of eggwhite(which is 4 eggwhites) 2 weight watcher wholegrain toasts with fat free cream cheese and jam.. plus a cup of SO GOOD no sugar added soy milk..
4 eggwhites(60 calories) 14 grams protein
2 weightwatcher toasts (110 calories) 5 grams protein
soymilk (80 calories)9 grams protein
jam and cream cheese (50 calories) 1 grams protein

thats 300 calories breakfast.. super low in fat.. almost no fat.. and low sugar (use jam sparingly)thats almost 30 grams of protein with only 300 calories.. and its very satisfying nad yummy... i bought eggwhites only from costco.. theyre so cheap...
(make sure u cook the eggwhite with non stick pan with cooking spray instead of OIL.. sometimes i cook it with flaxseed oil)
and yes.. i do believe u gain weight using protein shake.. cuz protein shake is suppose to be for after u work out ur muscle.. and the protein shake facilitate building up muscles and repair muscles... but if u dont work out regularly and still drink protein shake... the nutrients for body building turns into excess...

oh yah.. u can add a piece of fruit too then ull have a conplete whole food diet.. i usually get really full after eating all that.. so i save my piece of fruit for snacking.. this meal really keeps me full till i dont even know when ill be hungry again.. and at night u can eat 6 oz of any lean meat or fish.. that easily gives u another 50 grams of protein.. i dont really eat veggies at night.. i usually eat my veggies for lunch and snack carrorts and celeries through out the day.. i tried to avoid any carbs after 3:00pm.. but of course i cheat all the time..lol..
anyways i hope this helps for those who wants to lose weight and gain boobies.. cuz not many people are aware of the pills theyre taking.. THEY HAVE CALORIES TOO... so even thou u dont think ur eating alot.. but the pills ur popping ADD calories to ur diet...

but 7 grams of protien is just too little!!
i thought we should take 1 gram of protien for each pound we weight! that's what i read on my protien's powder container. plus i used to take 60 grams of protien in powder form daily at the begening but someone here i dont remember her name said that it's ok to take 90 - 100 grams of protien that'll be enough to build tissues in ur breast while growing.

btw i use whey protien isolate no sugar 1 gram carb and 24grams protien each scoop!

yeah but thats 7 grams per quarter cup... i usually eat half a cup if i want to eat soemthing else too... but if im running late.. i usually eat 1 cup.. which gives me 28 grams of protein... with only 120 calories... i LOVE eggwhites.. heehee
