NB is very similar to Enhance but much less expensive. You expell air in the same way. Takes just a few seconds. I bought Enhance before knowing about NB, but later also purchased a medium used NB set.
With NB the tubing attaches to the tip, by the nipple end, so it might be harder to disguise under clothing. Whereas with Enhance the tubing attaches toward the side of the nipple area.
With Enhance you get three sets of domes, small, medium and large. I'm still using the small. They are slightly smaller that the medium NB but are contoured. I think the only contoured sets with NB are the large size.
