I started to take a few drops of PM extract along with my pills and I notice tingles about 10-15 minutes after I ingest the extract. I haven't felt tingles in quite a while.
So, I was wondering if anyone else has had good experience with taking PM extract and not just the pills? The website I got it from says that it is much more effective then pills so I was wanting to know of other peoples experiences.
