Finally got my FG capsules =)

Wasn't able to buy Wild Yam, since they only had it on cream and it was quite expensive. But the lady of the green store told me that Wild Yam is also called "camote" in Spanish. And you can buy it much cheaper on a Mexican store...hmmm...The thing is, I'm not sure if the Wild Yam everyone uses is the same as eating a "camote".

Also, found this wonderful Cacao butter, collagen and vitamin E cream! Gotta save money to buy it next week. Meanwhile, I'll be using the cacao butter I got left.

Including Gelatin to my routine (probably Jell-O while I figure out how else can I get it)

Conclusion: New Routine (starting today)

Exercise
1x Fenugreek (500 mg)
Shower
Massage with FG powder, cacao butter and vitamin E
Breakfast (proteins and amino acids included)

Afternoon

Visualization (by myself)
Eat Gelatin (one portion)

Night (before bedtime)
1x Fenugreek (500 mg)
Massage with FG powder and olive oil (or normal cream)
