I know there are post-menopausal ladies that have been involved with NBE, not sure if they frequent the forum much. But I don't see why it shouldn't work. You are still getting estrogen from your ovaries, are you on any type of medications for hormone replacement?
As far as "filling them back in" I had to do the same, I was a young mom as well, had my son at 17, got pregnant at 16, so can completely relate. I also breastfed. And I found what worked best for filling them in and firming them up, is a combination of UB, Noogleberry (pump), breast massage both with hands and with an electric massager, and chest exercises (I personally use the easy curves device). When I first started my NBE journey I was a saggy 32AA, same as you, deflated breasts, seems you have more to fill in though, which can be an advantage. I took an herbal product called Zoft breast gum for 6 months and grew 2 inches, equaling 2 cup sizes and became a 32B. I then started UB, NB, and the other things I listed I was already doing beforehand. Now I've went up another 2 1/2 inches since doing Zoft so I'm now a 32D 1/2.
I hope some ladies answer that may not have periods anymore to help you more.
