Hi,
I took only one capsule per day. the recommendation of Bella's is to take 3 capsules per day.
one capsule contains 300 mg of PM. So I don't think that I took too much. My body temp always goes up after I ovulate. but my body temp is usually low. when I am on my period my body temp is 36.1 after my period it is 35.8-36.0 and after I ovulate it is 36.4-36.5.
I will check Dr. Lee's web. I think that I need to use PC to raise my body temp.
I took my NB with me...but I don't have the time to use it. Sad
