I posted pictures of my fat graft and later NBE results in the program section under Alyssa. The graft was successful but the use of progesterone cream + l-arginine really added fullness to the top part and made my breast tissue firmer.

I needed the graft for reconstruction, but had I started not needing reconstructive grafting -- the cream had an even better effect. Good luck! Either route or combining both is far better than foreign objects and repeat surgeries.
