i've been avoiding rubbing PM cream over my nipples because i read about the pale nipples. but i recently noticed that when i accidentally get some cream on my nipples, i get growing breast sensations, whereas before when i was avoiding the nipples, i rarely ever get those sensations. 
i wonder what causes the nipples to turn pale : is it the actual PM or the additives that they mix with the PM to make the cream? like if i use pure PM extract, would i still need to avoid the nipples? seems like the nipples are the best route for PM to be absorbed.
