If you stop on day 14, ovulation follows 2 days later, and the period always follows 14 days after ovulation. So that will make your cycle 30 days, as in the wikipedia chart. If you want a 28 day cycle, stop on day 12.
The estrogen peak between the period and the ovulation is sharp. On day 10, you can take more capsules. Pansy Mae peaks up to 3,000 mg Ainterol: that gives her estrogen headaches if she keeps it up for more than 3 days.
Thank you for the charts: it gives an idea about possible variations between normal cycles. LH and FSH are pretty different. I still wonder when a woman can take vitex agnus castus (chaste tree berry) for LH, to regulate her cycle instead of messing it up.
