This was SOOOO helpful. Mel I have the same problem, I want to raise my progesterone WITHOUT raising estrogen too much because I have breast cancer in my family too (my mother) so I really don't want to mess too much with estrogen unless I have a problem with it (hence my interest in the suction method). BO sounds like a really good thing, and I can't wait to start =)
