Well I already had my estrogens fluctuating slightly before I started it, so I wouldn't say bo lowered them, BUT it didn't raise it was my point. My progesterones which I had to use pc for before I used nbe for a couple of years, stayed normal while on bo without using my pc. I began to think that bo is a great product to use, if you have high estrogen and want to switch gears from one of the estrogen increasing nbe options to something to help lower your estrogen levels back to normal. But that was just my thinking on it. I chose BO in the first place because all of my research said that it promoted progesterone health and would not raise estrogen. At the time, I was concerned about raising mine too much due to my family history of cancers. I really liked Bo and felt fantastic on it for the year I took it. I decided to take a break from it during the summer and from all nbe since the kids were home and just never got to start back since I began having some health problems. Anyway, a year later and I'm starting nbe again, but switching gears and moving over to pm to bring up my estrogen this time, but I'm still a huge fan of bo.
