Hi..I would like to know too and it is to me a logical question... not stupid..
I do remember Isabelle mentioning Fennel makes the titas round out and full too and to use it like day 20-25 ..dont quote me on the exact days not sure if it is longer or short days (I think as a tea, not sure if that matters either)..well not much help there..
I am sure she will pop her head in tomorrow or evenutally..
