Okay let me explain how topicals work... your skin is a huge sponge pretty much, everything you put on your skin goes DIRECTLY INTO THE BLOOD STREAM. Let me say that again, it goes DIRECTLY INTO THE BLOOD STREAM. Ask any dermatologist. The epidermis is made up of many layers, but as I said it's basically a huge sponge. I use to sell natural cosmetics and other products like lotions and such made from all natural ingredients. Part of my pitch was explaining this fact. That is why many store bought lotions can be bad for you. Topicals can sometimes work better than internally taken pills, why? Because when the supplement is taken internally it has to go through the liver, etc. When you apply it topically it bypasses that and goes directly into the blood stream. It's the same concept of how some medications you put under the tongue to dissolve for instant effect.
So basically what I'm trying to say is no, PM cream is not okay to mix with BO. If you wish to use PM cream I suggest taking PM internally as well. But if you are giving BO a go, just take the BO and massage with a cocoa butter cream, I suggest Palmer's. It's never good to overload your system, and that's what you would be doing if you mix PM with BO.
