
This past week has been just blah. I got a job and it just messed up my schedule. I wasn't consistent with my program at all and was only able to workout once.
I feel flimsy and just uuuggghhhh. The good thing is that the fullness in my breasts is still there and my left breast managed to catch up.But tonight I'm getting back on track. I'll definitely workout on my days off. On my work days I will accommodate my time to workout, do NBE, prepare my lunch for work, eat, and get ready.
