Will be taking 1 capsule of Ainterol in the mornings from days 1-13. I'd like to wait until my second cycle to switch to two doses.
Will also be experimenting with saw palmetto. 1 450 mg capsule, about two hours after I take the Ainterol.
Nothing else for the first half of my cycle, except your usual multivitamin and hair/skin/nails supplement.
