Hi Melissa, they say that PC is harmless but you never know, right? They used to say that unprotected estreogen was harmless 50 years ago.. I think you could try a VERY low dose and see how you respond. My progesterone level was low and estrogen higher so PC balanced it out and probably this was the reason my boobs grew.

PS. I also think that you shouldn't try all the tings at the same time.
