OK..you asked the right question at the right time..I found a really good link you should read the whole thing when you have time or skim it..he explains how starting herbs are just like meds ..start slow and your body will go through changes..so I am thinking it is only 13 days taking maca..my body is still adjusting..plus I probably upped it too fast..ghee I am good for that
so I put my body in a overload..my rash started improving on the regimen..PM was helping but when adding maca my skin is even better..yes still getting some chin break outs and hairs (but not do worried about that I think my body is still adjusting) ...as for break outs body could be detoxing still which from what this link says your body detoxes when making changes..http://blog.adrenalfatigue.org/
