Sorry for missing this post must have been a day like today..lol lol not doing too good but ok..very foggy and my man confimed that saying you mind isnt here I cant talk to you like this..lol lol..yeah I agree with him..I just cant focus..going to take a nap..anyway back to the what you said above..having a little caffine IMO is ok..if you feel like it is making a dif with NBE (your feel a neg change) then dont have it..
