your program is similar to mine. what brand of PM are you using and how long have you been doing PM and goat's rue? have you had much growth from your progam?

I am using Premium Pueraria Mirifica (PueraraPrem) which is one of the best besides the Japanese PM.

I recently started, and will report my results in a few months.
