It's been nearly 4 weeks since I've started my program. My breasts appear to be a little fuller though the measurements haven't changed, which I read to be common if your breasts are filling out first before growing outwards.
I've upped my protein intake for my gym workouts as of August 1. It doesnt really have anything to do with my program, but Im wondering if it will help me gain weight/fat in places I'd like it.
I've noticed that the achiness in my breasts have become more frequent and sometimes stronger in the last few days. Hoping to see major changes in my 2nd month!
