That's already in the table, if you replace "BS" by "bc". Only in the table, the time without bc is longer, which is not safe for pregnancy risk. Between days 16 and 24, you can take extra phyto-progestins, with a smaller amount of phyto-estrogens if you want to use that time for growth. You can peak them on days 20-23. Think licorice or red clover, or a combination like hops and fennel, with fenugreek for extra swelling. If you can't stay progesterone dominant during days 16-24, try fennel or progesterone cream. Ginie knows a lot more about that.
Your bc schedule already regulates the cycle. You only want to increase estrogens for growth, over the whole cycle but especially on days 6-11, while making sure you are progesterone dominant during days 16-24.
Does this make sense? Or would a table with PM, bc, and RC help? Or do you plan for using others instead of PM and RC?
