I think the maca is a plus for me in alot of ways, I havent felt this much feeling in the boobs and butt until taking it.
Glad to hear we're doing the same! The l-arginine is awesome, I love Gcup's progress with it, but I can't seem to handle 10g because I immediately breakout in cysts (I had two on my chin and had to cut back, because I model and I simply can't have that going on). So I'm at nearly 5g at night, and I think it's probably enough - perhaps I have high HGH going on, and that's why taking 10 makes me break out. BUT I LOVE LOVE the arginine, because it helps me sleep better, and I felt better when I started taking it. I feel that way about the PM too, I just feel better on it.
I too followed Gcup's routine..hers is simple and I think that is the key..Thats it ..dam it just hit me the l-arginine is for growth ...well hello..I dont know how fast that works but maybe it was that that me waking this morning with fuller boobs..we shall see I m not going to figure it out and wait and see in a few weeks if it says or goes..lol.lol just thought of that song..should I stay or go now..lol lol anywho..
The multi-vitamin idea I got from Isabelle, who is such a wealth of amazing info!!! I ended up with a multi for teen girls because it has the proper amount of everything needed (the Bs the zinc) for boobs. Now I'm taking it daily, which I'm sure will help with overall health anyway.
Yes Isabelle is our teacher on here and she can explain really well for my crazy mind...As for multi they make me break out, nausous, hyper, ..even the b complex except they were making my hair nice..but you just gave me an idea ..well duh I would do this with all meds, cold medicine, and in the past vitamins..take childrens dose..thank you...I wasnt even thinking that...
Massage seems to be the biggest thing, and esp with the PM cream 2x daily! I also use that heating pad for 20 mins, which really gives them a solid heat boost, and I think all of this is working for me. So don't forget the massage!!!!
Oh forgot to mention above the PM makes me feel great too, but dont do what I did and think more is better..haha nope..I havent massaged in a day or 2 and wasnt massaging much at all all last week..I did massage last night..but I am so trying to get a whole routine for the day for workouts, food, supps/herbs, and massage..etc. IMO for me the PM cream doesnt seem effective to me so I am going to figure out what oil or cream to use..
