I changed everything and forgot to update here, because I have my updates in the pics section.
Here's what I'm now doing:
Morning: 500mg PM with milk or yogurt
PM cream with Chi massage
20 mins heating pad
Afternoon:
1000mg msm, multi-vitamin
Night
500mg PM with milk or yogurt
PM with Chi
20 mins heating pad
5g l-arginine
That's what I'm getting all the growth pains from.
