Hi, this is my first post here. I'm so glad people are doing this research and I hope I can contribute.

I am a 31 year old male to female transsexual. I live full time as a female in Lakewood,OH. I am poor, so I don't have money for a gender therapist, and hospital checkups at the moment.

Their is so much information on here, it's almost too much to intake.

So, i have a few basic questions that I would love to have answered.
Saw Palmetto, does it help decrease my testosterone levels successfully?

Do you massage usually away from the boob or towards it?

Pueraria M, should i take it orally and use the oil/cream version of it.

I'm thinking of doing massage, pumping, and a concoction of pills.

The advice I need, is, what can I do right now, today, with no money?
I have:
1 bottle of tea tree oil
1 bottle vitamin e oil
1 tub of vitamin e cream


Can someone whip up a quick massage plan for me. I'll stick to it real strict!

I am a woman so I don't know perfectly what will work for a transsexual though I do know that many transsexuals have had much success taking Saw Palmetto with Pueraria Mirifica orally. I would suggest doing this combination as well as massage, and chest exercises. I do not think that tea tree oil and vitamin E will do much. The phytoestrogens in tea tree oil are very weak. Though the vitamin E cream and oil will be good to use for massage Even though you don't have much money I would save up and invest in some PM and SP
