Brava works with tissue expansion, applied pressure expands the tissue and the body responds by making new tissue. The theory is that you have to apply the pressure for a long time for it to work, hence the 12 hours for 12 weeks guidelines from Brava.
I am not sure how noogleberry works. Some girls say it is also tissue expansion but with higher pressure for a shorter time during the day but longer time to work (many months to years).
I tried both and got great results with Brava but don't think I could do it again. It is such a time commitment that if you have a full time job you have almost zero time for something else for those 3 months.
