Stella, yes I did use something way before NB and UB that worked for me. I used Zoft breast enhancement gum, it's all herbal as well and I grew 2 inches and 2 cup sizes within a 6 month period with it. I have heard wonderful things about Wonderup so I'd say stick to the program you are already doing with it and give it the amount of time it needs to see results. Before my NBE journey I was a 32AA I went to a 32B while taking the Zoft gum. When I started NB I was a 32B I started UB after I believe 6 or so months of using NB, then I combined the two for 6 months and that's when I gained 2 1/2 more inches and 2 more cup sizes going to the size I am now which is a 32D (don't go by my avatar pic haha I'm wearing a good VS push up bra in that dress).
Now as rule of thumb I always say give each program you try 6 months before deciding it doesn't work for you, that's if you aren't getting bad side effects of course. Now if you do start gaining weight on a program don't panic, alot of times that weight is from the breasts or butt growing, usually the weight goes to the curves. Like my butt/hips got slightly bigger as well as my breasts, and I know Cheryl's did also. I think I grew 2 inches on my butt, an inch or so on the hips through the course of my NBE journey.
Now if you do use your current program for the amount of time you think you should (again I recommend at least 6 months, some people recommend longer). And you want to switch to something else, I say do a complete body cleanse but emphasize on the liver, because that is where your excess hormones will go.
Now if you do switch to BO, no it's NOT vegetarian friendly, it's cow ovaries, so it IS animal organs. How long have you been a veg? Consuming them may make you sick. But as far as getting extra protein and still not consuming animal products, I'd say go with almonds, I hear almond milk is good. If you are on a herbal program you can also get protein through soy, like soy milk, they make a soy protein shake also. I think any type of nuts and seeds are good for protein. Like sunflower seeds, there is 9g of protein per 1/4 cup of them. Most meat eaters only get 9g out of the portion of meat they eat with their meal! Peanut butter is good. I'm sure there are other ways to get protein without consuming animal products as well. The reason probably the whey protein made you sick, is well, it's whey, a product of cow's milk. Oh also I believe rice has protein, just found this by searching google http://www.weightlossforall.com/protein-rice.htm so yea, rice has it too and I know there is a rice milk also.
But yea, honestly you being vegetarian, I'd stick to herbal NBE and maybe pumping with the NB. Oh almost forgot about your questions with that. There are different techniques with the NB, check out their forum, people come up with new ways to go about it all the time. The main two techniques are pump and hold or pump and release. I say experiment with both and see which one works best for you.
Oh and on the body issues... I believe everyone on this forum has them or has had them in one way or another. Don't let it get to you! Everyone is beautiful in their own way, don't let media standards get the best of you. By media standards I'd be a fat cow
but by mine, I feel fine and healthy. I embrace my curves, rolls, and whatever else I have. And honestly, everyone will think you are amazing when you have that mentality. When I use to always worry how I looked I always got people talking bad about me. As soon as I stopped caring what everyone else thought and (this might sound silly but it works) I look at myself in the mirror everyday and tell myself how amazing I look, why I look amazing, then I go about my day. And now I weigh MORE than I use to when I use to obsess about what others thought of me, and guess what? I get compliments ALL THE TIME. And it has nothing to do with breast size, how skinny you are, your hair, etc. It's confidence and attitude. So stop looking down on yourself. Love yourself and others will follow.
Hope this helps and good luck!
